  • My art arrived damaged! What should I do? Please do NOT return damaged art. If your frame is broken or the canvas is torn, simply take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and email them to support@moxico.shop. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Safety is our priority—please do not handle broken glass.
  • How is the art packaged for international shipping? We take great care in packaging. Unframed prints are shipped in reinforced hard tubes. Framed art is secured with corner guards and multiple layers of protective bubble wrap in a sturdy box to survive the journey to New Zealand.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your art's journey.
