1. Secure Payment Processing At moxico.shop, we prioritize the security of your personal and financial information. We use Shopify Payments as our primary payment gateway, which is a secure and trusted method for online transactions.
All transactions are processed through a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 256-bit encryption. This ensures that your credit card data is safe and cannot be read or intercepted by third parties during transmission. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following forms of payment for all orders:

- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
You must provide valid payment information at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated amount to your chosen payment method.
3. Payment Timing
- Immediate Charge: Your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
- Verification: All orders are subject to payment verification and authorization before shipping. If your payment method is declined or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Pricing and Fees (Important for New Zealand Customers)
- Currency: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD).
- Total Price: The total price shown at checkout is the final price you will pay to us.
- Currency Conversion: Since we are a US-based business, transactions are settled in USD. If you are paying with a New Zealand bank account (NZD), your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the amount to NZD at their current exchange rate.
- Bank Fees: Some banks may charge a small "International Transaction Fee" for purchases made in USD. moxico.shop does not collect these fees and has no control over them.
- Taxes: As stated in our Shipping Policy, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where possible.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any additional transaction fees or handling fees on our end.
5. Billing Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Chargeback and Disputes If you have an issue with a charge on your statement, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing discrepancies amicably and quickly.
